The format
Short drama is a format, not a genre.
Episodes run one to two minutes, shot vertically for a phone held in one hand. A season is dozens of them, released as a serialized run, each written to end on a turn that makes the next episode inevitable.
It rewards precision. Every scene has to earn its place, and the audience decides in the first few seconds whether it stays. Morrow is built around that constraint rather than against it.
